You may see this more than one time during the installation and for each occurrence, enter your Surgery workstation username and password (not your NetID or UW Health ID).
CITRIX WORKSPACE INSTALL FOR MAC
Click the download link that you need for Mac or PC. Go to and scroll down the left side of the page. When prompted for this, enter and click the box "Do not show this window automatically at sign-in." Workspace will install over your current receiver installation. During the final steps of the installation, the following prompts will occur.
This file contains a number of MSI files one MSI installer per component. The download contains one file: CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe. Once youve installed Citrix Workspace app, return here and click Continue. If the installation does not complete, please restart your computer or device and initiate the install again. Configure and install Citrix Workspace app using command-line parameters Citrix Workspace app installation file (CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe) The latest version of Citrix Workspace app can be downloaded here. Install Citrix Workspace app on your machine when the download is complete. Once intallation is done, click on FINISH. Do not enable App Protection, click INSTALL. Accept the license agreement, click next.
